How to face summer... -Suryakumaran

As usual the summer is hot this year too.If you have a/c at your home ask the technician to clear the filter first.Keep the temperature of your a/c around 22 to 25 degree.Use white curtains on the windows.Use prickly heat power after having a bath.
Take a salat of cocumber with butter milk at tea break twice a day.Wear only cotton dress.Drink as much of water you can.Drink soft drinks prepared at home,preferrably using lemon or orange.Eating curd rise is better way to fight the summer.
Go for a walk in the evening.If possible attend summer courses which teaches yoga,excersise etc.,Surf the net instead of watching TV,because if you are on the net, you may able to find more news,articles and even you find your friends who are in any corner of the world.
Make yourself fit to face summer.All the best!
